As a project strategy it was decided to divide the space into three, placing each concept to a space and thus generate three different styles.in the first space appears the sailor style that refers to the ships, the sea and the sand and thus represent the arrival of the pirates of the time to the city of Rio Martin.

In the second space we find the village, where the Mediterranean style of beach, villas and beach bars along the coast is visualized, and thirdly, we find the city where all its aesthetics is presented in terms of colors, textures, materials, etc..
