Barcelona, 2025
The Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) has evolved in Barcelona into an international showcase for visions, solutions and strategies to transform the cities of the future. Year after year, the congress brings together leaders and specialists working towards a more efficient, sustainable and humane urban model.
For the 2025 edition, design becomes the conceptual axis of the project. The artistic direction opts for a visual language inspired by children’s building blocks: printed cardboard pieces that, when assembled, create the structures of the theatres, common areas and various key points of the congress. This modular and expressive system defines a distinctive aesthetic, transforming the space into an immersive experience that accompanies and enhances the identity of the event thanks to the materials used.
